Welcome to the home of Eric Todd

Eric Todd’s products are produced in the picturesque Elgin Valley by a passionate food lover and farmer, using only the best fruit and chillies from his own crop. The idea for the manufacturing of these sauces was inspired by dear friends and great food connoisseurs, Eric and Winsome Todd from Nelspruit, who loved to share their knowledge of food with others.

Their passion for food inspired us to create all the wonderfull products we have today. We would like to extend our appreciation to Dr. Annalien Dalton, a Food Specialist from the Elgin Valley, for her invaluable input with all our products. Dr. Dalton helps us to create and perfect all the recipes for all the delicious products that Eric Todd has to offer.

Our recipes have been tried and tested to become the excellent products they are. We thus take pride in the fact that our products contain NO artificial preservatives, NO colourants and most of our sauces are MSG FREE.
